Courtney Noble
Courtney is a litigator with a masters in commercial litigation, whose practice focuses on personal and corporate insolvency. She received recognition by the prestigious Doyles Guide in 2019 as a Rising Star in Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Insolvency.
She has acted for creditors and insolvency practitioners, including liquidators, those appointed to administer companies, and trustees in bankruptcy. In addition, Courtney is experienced in defamation law, commercial dispute resolution and debt recovery. She has acted for clients in the public and private sectors in proceedings in the Federal, ACT and NSW courts.
In any dispute Courtney takes a pragmatic approach. Her focus is to gain a complete appreciation of the issues and then, if it is appropriate, to facilitate an early resolution.
