Jennifer Jaeschke

Jennifer has over 12 years’ experience in property law with a focus on leasing. In 2019 Jennifer passed a series of challenging assessments on both legal knowledge and its application in practice to become an Accredited Specialist in Property Law.

She acts for landlords and tenants and has experience drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of leases and licences. Jennifer has experience working with developers from the initial design stage of a shopping centre right through to the opening date and registration of the leases. Jennifer has also worked on major redevelopment projects.

Previously Jennifer worked in Sydney where she gained experience acting for national retailers and major landlords such as Scentre Group (Westfield) and working as an in-house lawyer for a retail business.

Jennifer understands the commercial imperatives of her clients and enjoys working closely with businesses, big and small, to find practical solutions and achieve the best possible outcome for them.
