John Sanders
John has been practicing law since 2010, with extensive experience in both litigation and commercial law. He brings a wealth of knowledge and practical insight to the corporate and commercial team, offering clients well-rounded legal support across a broad range of matters.
John has a particular interest in corporate law and regularly advises clients on commercial transactional work, including negotiating large complex transactions, business sales, share sales, shareholder agreements and drafting various tailored commercial agreements. His experience also extends to establishing discretionary trusts for asset protection and intellectual property, where he assists his clients in safeguarding their trademarks.
Originally admitted to practice in South Africa, John later settled in Canberra and is dual qualified to practice in both South Africa and Australia. His international background and diverse legal experience enable him to offer a pragmatic, commercially focused approach to achieving his clients’ goals.
