Kate Hetherington
Kate is an experienced and strategic litigator, whose practice focuses primarily on commercial disputes.
Kate has a passion for administrative law – both merits review in the tribunals and judicial review in the courts. Within this area, Kate has carved out a specialty in town planning and taxation / revenue (including valuation) matters. Kate has experience across the full spectrum of commercial and property-related disputes, and has a particular knack for the efficient resolution of commercial lease disputes.
Kate is valued by her clients as a safe set of hands and a trusted advisor. She is technically proficient, commercially astute and has a strong track record of negotiating early to secure favourable outcomes for her clients.
