Mark Fitzpatrick

Mark is a highly experienced commercial property development and leasing lawyer, having advised clients on major projects in these areas for more than 35 years in both the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales.

Mark advises on commercial, mixed-use and residential property development projects and transactions. He is experienced drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts of sale, conducting due diligence and facilitating joint ventures. He is experienced with all aspects of property and construction finance, including mezzanine finance.

He is also highly experienced in retail leasing, having worked on some of the most significant commercial leasing projects in Australia, including for large publicly listed companies and government departments.
