The draft Bill and two sets of regulations (one for regular development, and a separate one for excluded development) can be found at the link below, and you have until 15 June 2022 to submit any feedback via the Your Say ACT platform. The platform accommodates all types of feedback, from quick comments to detailed submissions. If you have something to say, now is your chance.

The released documents do not yet include the new Territory Plan, which is still under development.
