Paige Hall

Paige has practiced solely in litigation since her admission and is an experienced commercial dispute resolution lawyer with a passion for client service and a tenacious yet practical attitude towards helping her clients achieve their commercial goals.

Paige has a keen interest in planning law, building and construction, administrative law, and contractual disputes. Paige advises and represents clients of all walks of life, from government, large and small businesses to individuals. Paige has a comprehensive understanding of commercial litigation disputes and supports her clients through all phases of a dispute – including assisting her clients through alternative dispute resolution processes or running a matter to a final hearing. Paige is known for her client-centred approach and in-depth industry knowledge. Paige regularly appears in the ACT Supreme and Magistrates Court, the Federal Court and the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Paige is committed to delivering practical advice that combines deep legal knowledge with a results-orientated approach.   • Property dispute including mortgage recovery, breach of leases or occupancy agreements
  • Business and property tax issues and land valuation disputes, including challenging government decisions
  • Consumer law and competition, including regulatory investigations by the ACCC or various state and territory consumer departments
  • Bankruptcy and insolvency including examination hearings
